Can someone tell me what each color wires does on the blinker relay. I think mine is bad. Also are these still available or is there one from another vehicle I can use.

I do not think I am the only one that is confused by that term.
Do you mean:
Turn signal switch mounted on the steering column?
Turn signal relay?
Emergency flasher switch mounted on the dashboard?

Turn signal flasher under the dash passenger side. I believe it has a 4 pin set up. It is what clicks when the turn signal is on.

If you have the four pin turn signal relay it is most likely a Bosch unit. Those units are now quite difficult to source and ridiculously expensive, think $100 or more, to find. I know this because mine failed quite a few years ago.
Bill Taylor, known to most of us as SO bill, and I worked together back then to figure out a modern replacement for that four pin relay.
Study the pages at Panteraplace for your options.
Go to technical, then electrical diagrams and you will see your options as shown in the attached screen capture.

I found my issue to be a bad wiring harness plug connection and not the flasher unit. I sanded the plug terminal connections and now it works.
