Brad...It comes from an 88-92 astro van. I found mine at the wrecking yard, $25.00 Larry helped me install it. If you go to Larry's web site you can see his install. I think new they run around $100.00 give or take. I'm sure Larry would be glad to help you if you need more info. It was pretty easy to tap in to the brake light.

These are on eBay most of the time. Seem to go for about $35-$45. The clear coat on them, as on mine, is prone to some flaking but where we mount them it is not an issue - you won't see it.
