Emergency Brake Handle

My car was modified and the emergency brake handle was removed and a fuel shut off valve was installed in its place.

I'm putting it back to original (close to it)

I Think either the box was modified or I'm missing a piece.

can someone post pictures of their emergency brake without the boot? And one of the ebrake switch?
