Well, after my first 3,000 miles on the road, the time has come for me to take #3528 in for a carb tuning and timing adjustment. The altitude difference between Phoenix @ 1500 feet and Calgary @ 3700 feet has gradually worn down my purring 351C; my idle is a mess and firing up is a little challenged. She runs just fine after she warms up, but the idle definitely needs to be addressed.

It took a while, but I believe I have found a capable shop - one that specializes in vintage Mustangs and whose owner - a carb expert - will personally work on my cat.

All things considered, I'm a bit nervous to take her in ... so if anyone has any recommendations for that service elements to concentrate on, I would greatly apprecaite it.

Thanks in advance,

EA
