Ford no longer stocks in Canada, U.S.??
The non cobra is available but reservoir TOO tall to fit under hood. No luck with aftermarket either.

Ken,

I can't comment about the availability of the Ford M/C, but Wilwood manufactures a couple of good alternatives. One with the option of remote reservoirs.
