front A-arm bolts and washers

I had my upper A-arm repaired but the guy who fixed it threw away the bolts. I have a couple of questions. First are there washers on each side of the bolts (head side nut side)? Second the marking on the bolts I have left are not of one type, is this normal? where is the best place to buy replacment bolts? My pantera is a 1971.

These bolts are 12mmx1.75x80mm. There were no washers but they use a nylock nut.

You can probably order some from an industrial supply catalog. I've used McMaster-Carr for most of my hardware. You might want to use Class 10.9 (metric equivalent for Grade 8) or better bolts and nuts.

...washers did NOT come under the bolt heads or nuts. In my opinion; when you rebuild your suspension, you should add the washers to keep the bolts and nuts from 'cutting-in' to the mounts, which are intigral with the chassis, and therefore, are irreplacible. Since there is not a lot of force on them (requiring grade 8), I used Stainless Steel washers...
