How to read these tire measurments?

I'm looking into getting some historic tires from Dunlop to my car to use on the original wheels, but these Dunlop's don't have the measurments written as usual. Here is an example for one of the tires: 430/1160-15. How do these measurments compare to the usual way of putting it (like 285/50-15)?

I guess the last 15 means 15".....
