A set of these shocks came on one of my Pantera project cars. Is anyone familiar with them?

Adjustable Koni's mountd upside down ?
I don't think they are Koni. The height adjustment plate is aluminum with a threaded steel ring. And the retaining plate on the other end are two pieces of aluminum. The old red Koni shock are not height adjustable. And the eyelet width is different than either of the Koni shocks above. I think the red paint is throwing us off.
These are Aldan Shock absorbers which were originally offered to the Pantera community by Hall Pantera back in the 1980's. They should not be run in the inverted - upside down configuration.
Koni "street" issued shocks were Orange in color. Koni "competition" shocks were offered in either "yellow" or "red" in the late 1960's through late 1970's.
Yes, these are Aldan's, they shouldn't be run in any direction!
These Aldan shocks are no longer on the car and I need them out of the garage. Do you think they are of use to someone or should I scrap them?
I have Aldan's on my car. There were rebuilt and still quite effective.
Aldan does offer a rebuild service so I'm sure they could be of value to someone.
Thanks all. They are for sale on eBay now and can be seen via the link below.
