I have mounting hardware for Jesel J2K shaft rockers on late C3 (I think about 2000 and later) with single bars that bolt to the head and use saddles that slip over 7/16 and 5/16 studs to support the rockers. This is everything (bars, studs, saddles, nuts, bolts) I have some extra rockers, and the rockers are available on ebay all the time.
The bars were modified by a race team to replace the 5/16 studs with 3/8 studs. I found "over-sized" helicoils which are a tight fit and from all appearance should be more than adequate. The minor and major thread diameters are within spec, but I can't get specs for the shape of the threads for the helicoil inserts versus 3/8- 24 threads. I think they are good.
The 7/16 studs and threads are original and unmolested.
