Kingston and Shoulder Belts for a '73

For those travelling to Kingston this weekend, I am looking for a set of shoulder belts for my '73 Pantera. Dave is bringing a set he swapped out some time ago, but the design and anchor points are different from my car (doesn't mean I won't find a way to jury rig it if need be). However, if anyone out there recognizes this configuration and has an old set kicking around from when you may have upgraded or moved to a harness system, I'd be happy to discuss helping you free up a bit of storage space (then you'll have a place to keep that spare ZF that you've always wanted).

Richard, there's no knob on the seatbelt, I fear Jeff may be right that someone might have cut off the shoulder strap in the past ... or maybe there was another way this style of belt attached - I just haven't figured it out yet.
I appreciate the offer, and if you want to bring them along for a look, that would be great, however if they're not going to work, at least you now know of someone who can make use of them.

I am not an expert on this. Mine as a preL has a keyhole shaped slot in the male end of the lap belt. This would be where the separate shoulder belt attaches. On Ls the shoulder belt hung in the same attaching point on the bulkhead (with a retractor) and was sewn on to the male lap belt.
I think that you would have to swap out your lap belts to make this work.

My '74 had the fixed portion of the long shoulder belt on the steel rocker plate, which went up through an eye attached to the rear bulkhead bolt (shoudl height) and down to the inertia reel which was then located behind the rear bulkhead panel. The bulkhead panel had small cut outs in the bottom that a cover plate screwed over the top of.

Much like David's later GT5 except the inertia reel was hidden behind the rear bulkhead panel and the fixed mount went through the rocker plate.

Do you have a mounting point behind the bulkhead cover?

Jeff, I do believe you're right, I've looked more closely and there's been something sewn to the lap belt in the past - most likely the shoulder belt.
So now I need to look at replacing lap and shoulder belt - The set that Dave had in his car may be the way to go unless there are any others out there who used to have an identical rig to what I have here.
