I need to replace a single 10" Campy rear wheel. If anybody has one or can guide me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Please call me at 310-347-9871.

Which version are you after? Early (long rib) or late (short rib)?
I am new to the world of Pantera's, so I am not sure. I just purchased the car which has a set of original 15' coming along with it. I should have the car in a few days. How do I tell the difference? The car is a '72 pre L.
You need a late version, short rib 10” Campagnolo. Another option would be to buy a pair of 15” x 10” reproductions from Marvic or Roin.
Thank you for letting me know which one I need. Reproduction are an option, but I would really like to try and find an original. The car has 17's on it now, so I am good to drive. I will keep on the hunt for an original.
Does anyone know when the late version, short rib 10 ”Campagnolo came?
Anders
Will the 10" even fit on the rear of a 72 without rubbing??

Kind of what I was thinking too. Great looking 73. Love the yellow.
You say 'replace". An expert TIG welder can repair almost any damaged magnesium wheel. X-ray and heat treat after repair. This will NOT be a gas station welder or a backyard hobbyist (like me) but may be an option if you have a damaged wheel. Contact Stockton Wheel in CA for opinions.
Thank you Boss. That is very helpful info and honestly the route I would prefer to go. Seeing as it is a chunk of the lip that is missing, i would imagine they could use the lip off a 15x7 wheel and weld it onto the 10"
Again, thank you for the advise.
Why not buy a new set 10"from Roin or Marvic Italy and sell your not damaged rim.
I think there are people out there who are looking for a single wheel.
Simon
That is a last resort as I'd really like to have original cast Campy's
It looks like you have short rib rims.
I have a spare long rib.

So close. Thanks anyways Simon. I guess the hunt is part of the thrill.
There are no date codes anywhere, so it may be possible to shorten Simon's good long-boss wheel with skillful die grinder work. or add magnesium to JM's good short-boss wheel with a TIG welder, as long as someone had both wheels present at the same time for reference. Shipping to/from The Netherlands is the main problem- either mod shouldn't cost over $150 in labor.
I wouldn't worry about running a welded Campy on the street, either. One of my fronts has a weld, and that was done in the last century. Since then, its been over 150 mph several times without killing anyone. Racing Campys used a different mag alloy than the several versions of street wheels.
