I have a spare set of them I purchased from Bill Lavinger (former owner of 898 & two others).  They are across town at my shop, so it will take a couple days before I can get over there.  Honestly, I have no idea what a fair price would be.  I know I over-paid for a box of "old goose bits" he offered, but these were the best items in the box.  I will post pics once to get to the shop and locate them.  From what I recall they are in fairly good shape.  Perhaps we can work something out.

I finished a replacement project in 2015 and i still have the epoxy forms for alu forming works. Great job and nice result.

Wow, those turned out very nice. I hope you can pull a couple other sets form the forms.

they do look great...I'm curious, what is the function of the paper pieces to the left? And how did you then form the epoxy shapes? I've heard of others (generally) making a negative form in concrete (to hammer into instead of over...). But 10 points here for 'form...'

The covers look very good but my pictures which are original are made up of
two layers. Here's a few pictures of mine.
