I began changing my Master out cause the previous owner stuck a GM type unit in with a hokey adapter thing going on so, new brake lines were in order from tee and distribution block cause they were original and scuzzie then, might as well put new carpet and a rebuilt booster, clutch master cylinder, polish the pedal assembly, tidy up electrical to the new cooling system, replace the battery, go ahead and change out the all the rest of the brake and clutch lines, change trunk release cable and recondition latching mechanism. After removing the old carpet I found Metaloma stage 1 surface cancer underneath. This is very minor rust and will just take a little effort to remove and prep. I fired it up and bled the coolant using the Leslie's none spill system recommended to me by Mr. Boss Wrench ( It worked perfectly and made the task effortless. IMG_0447IMG_0447I will use it religiously from now on ). I was happy to see all of my gauges and switches were functioning as they should after months of monkeying around with the wiring harness and revamping the entire A/C system ( thanks to everyone's input ) Here is a pic of the beginning of the new work in progress if anybody would like to see.
