Yes, Kjeld is a brave man. Hats off for trying to rescue this one. We'll give him as much support as possible here in denmark :-).

As kimmosch mention, the post-vignale panteras might be easier the restore, as the chassis are welded up from mostly straight panels - easier to fabricate than the pressed sections of the Vignale chassis.
Hi all.

Yes the car is a bit rusty and a small dammed, but one Italien gay made it from scratch almost 35 Years ago.

Now a Danish optimist Will try to restore This old beauty.so it Will hold another 35 Years or more.
I dont see This small dammed as a big problem.
But maybe it is becourse I am a hopeles optimist.
Just 10-15m2 of sheetmetal and a bit of welding. And one or two weekend, This car Will be back on the Road again.
No honestly speaking i know it is a big job i put myself into.
But as you know the vikings are from Denmark and we dont give up so easy.

Best regards.
The Danish optimist.

That's funny there, I don't care who ya are!
(Paraphrased from Larry the Cable Guy)

Seriously Kjeld, good luck & take lots of pictures. It would be good to see how a 1980 pantera, a Maggiora produced chassis, is different and what it takes to repair such damage.
You just reminded me of something.

Years ago (20 or so) I was looking for some 351C parts, and calling around to salvage yards in the Fort Lauderdale area where I lived at the time. I found a wrecked pantera at Nelom's auto parts (or auto salvage). He claimed it was a 1982 model year car.

I don't remember the exact name of the business - but I do remember the man's name was Charlie Nelom, a black fellow, and his ad in the yellow pages had a capital "CN" in a circle. He wanted $10k for it at the time, and wanted to sell it all at once, not parts. It looked to be as badly damaged as Kjelds' car, more or less.
