New member coming to Canada

I have been helping Peter with contacts to Team Pantera Japan. One of their members is moving to Canada next month. He is even shipping his car over! Summary of the email exchange is below:

One of member Team Pantera Japan is moving from Osaka (West area of Japan) to Canada in July (next month). His name is Mr. Kei Takayama.
He will bring his Pantera from Japan to Canada. Currently, he does not have any information of such owner club in Canada. Therefore, he would like to have a communication with a member of POCA.

Could you or Peter contact with Mr. Kei Takayama and provide info of POCA Canada, please?

I have also provided Peter's e-mail address to Shichino-san, since Peter seems to live in Canada. It is timely and perfect. So, Takayama-san may contact to Peter. But do not hesitate to send an e-mail to Takayama-san. I believe he can use English well since he has a will to move from Japan to Canada.

Do you know which part of Canada Mr. T is relocating to? I will assume Vancouver, but it's a big country and if it's no Vancouver, there are lots more of us who may be closer.
