What are the respective THICKNESSES of the stock OEM front and rear Rotors? Also, what is the MINIMUM thickness that each can be cut to and still be usable?

Referencing the Pantera service manual:
Rotor Thickness
Front: New 51/64 inch, Refinished 43/64 inch
Rear: New 47/64 inch, refinished 39/64 inch
Runout: .004 to .006 inch
