I have just done a few engine dyno runs and the engine is running way to hot in spots. My build includes the AFD alloy heads and it seems as if there may be a severe hot spot somehwere around the #1. The engine seems to perculate hard for about 15 mins after running a few mins on the dyno. The temps are pretty high after some dyno runs getting up to about the 205-210 mark. Has anyone found a way to release the air build up in the heads without drilling and tapping for an air release?
Thanks for any help

Hello Toby,
Give me a shout Monday morning if you want. The guys who did my build up used a vacuum type of thing to evacuate all the air out of my system. I can find out the details if you want. I was told that it's SOP for the GT 40 guys. You shouldn't have to drill holes in the AFDs. I didn't. Vince
