Any vents you add up thee would only be functional if the luggage tub was gone. Likely done only for styling, but it looks like decent craftsmanship.
I do not have a luggage tub, so I am open to suggestions or if someone has nothing but time on there hands and could do the magic with photo shopping a vent set up in there would make my day!!!
