well i guess i was right.i said dont be surprised if you see the pantera back on ebay that supposedly sold for 15k a week ago.the buyer must of backed out once he saw it.

the car has been sitting in the same spot OUTSIDE for years. In my opinion it is only a PARTS car. It needs at least $25k in bodywork.I dont think there is alot of rust but boy there is body and frame damage.

King, do you know if the transaxle is damaged?
Does the car run or move?
Suspension damage?
I would be worried about the transaxle being damaged as it looks like would have taken a direct hit if the wheels were on it.

car does not run.Z-F cant tell if cracked or not but right side hit so hard it buckled both inner fender wells and pushed into Z-F.
Got a chance to look at the pics of this car better.
The bulkhead behind the right seat looks crumpled up pretty good too. How much of the structure of the car is there, or is it mostly a firewall?
Is there a replacement piece made for that?
If it is rust free it looks savable to me.
I live in the rust belt, looking for a Pantera to build for myself.

by the time you rebuild this car you might as well buy a nice one because you will spend at least $45k and still have a wreck with salvage title.

John, get this car off your radar. If you are looking for a project, there are plenty other cars out there that have good bones, but need some TLC. This is not an F40 where you can justify spending 100K just to get the body sound again.
Find one that has an unbent body and a sound ZF as a basis, then go from there. Exhuming one from the grave is not a good idea.
HI, I examined it and the right inner fender is up against the engine. The right wheel and the inner frame is bent, it wont track straight again. A door is 2400 and outer fender is 6K so you have a salvage car. Parts I guess
