I don't have a pic of the assenbled pedal setup ( someone else took it apart). Does anyone have a pic of the asssembly out of the car?

Is your Pantera a pre-L or an L? ('72s could be either) All the posted photos are for early pedal assemblies that do not have the over-center effort-reduction linkage the factory usedafter July '72. Having an L pedal assembly in pieces is a MUCH bigger challenge to put together!

You're right- I went right by Jim's photo! The reason I mentioned it is that all those all-steel links and pivots are usually worn badly (mine were anyway) and that puts slop into the clutch motion. Panteras cannot afford ANY slop in the clutch motion- we don't have enough as it is! So if you have the effort-reduction thing, lube it as best you can- likely it hasn't seen oil or grease since Modena!
