I have some clearance issues with the pinch bolt and nut when clutch is in-gauged, it brushes up against the bell housing. Is there supposed to be a nut there? I thought I would put a hili coil in the arm and do away with nut or is there something else going on here???

Never mind, I just flipped the bolt around and got the clearance, duh.

In the TSBs, there's an illustration of how to relieve the bell housing with a die grinder- if necessary- to achieve clearance. So this occasionally happens.
