Rattle in front right...again

Hi All,
Last spring I replaced my steering rack with a rebuilt one when my front right suspension was making a loud knocking sound. Since then, I had to move and didn't get any driving in outside of getting the pantera aligned. Now that she is on the road, I am hearing knocking again from the front right. I jacked the front end up, grabbed the right front tire and checked to see if the wheel bearing was bad and it seemed fine. Any other areas I should look at?

Look for coolant pie hitting sway bar.

I used pipe insulation to slip around the swaybar to prevent the coolant pipes from rattling. $1.18 at Home Depot.

It comes in a 6' length, just cut off what you need. I used the rest around my heater hoses to protect them where they run over the alternator,frame rail & such.

I did the same thing with some hose from my local auto parts store. Secured it with safety wire on each end and in the middle.

MY rattle was my headlight buckets .. so I installed the little rubber gromits in the body and it went away .

...I Concur with the Coolant Pipe hitting the Front Anti-Sway Bar!! I heard it everytime I backed out of My Driveway or hit a Bump or Pothole! I did the same, wrapped the BAR, at the Contact Point, with the 'Pipe Insulation'. But I used 3 Nylon 'Wire Bundle Ties', One on Each End, One in the Middle! Havn't Heard the 'Clunk' Since, Perfect!...
