Rear Deck Latch | The De Tomaso Forums

I took these pictures at the POCA Rally this spring and it looks like the answer for securing the rear deck lid. Anyone familiar with who sells this latch? The gentleman who owned the car said it was on it when he bought it and it then had a rubber grommet in the bushing.

Thats a good idea,,, no holes in the body or deck lid,, good thinking..

Yup, those things are dangerous! The 'goose has 2 latch pins on each side, front and back end just waiting to stab your head. At the least, they cause major bumps. Don't ask how I and many friends know! Nice design idea though!
