I guess I should stop shampooing with a scotch brite pad, huh? Doh!

My rear anti sway bar was never "mirror" finished like that bumper, more of the finish of a shiny nickle, but when I cleaned it with scotch brite & WD40 it looked more like brushed or satin finish aluminum, worse than that spot on the bumper you scuffed with scotch brite. I still don't think my anti sway bar was chrome. But damn, I've used steel wool to clean chrome before with no problemo, I didn't realize scotch brite was that much more agressive!

Bill, I can see you laying on your back in the reflection of the bumper, now get up and get back to work!
