Are you sure that you do not still want to enable the purchase of a Pantera?

Not too sure if you could talk any of the owners into selling but I know of at least four right here in Victoria. I will probably see one of the owners this Saturday. I can twist his ear to see if he knows of any for sale. Not in the U.S.A. but close enough?

KERRY, Thanks for your reply. I would still like to have a very nice PANTERA, but as I found out the hard way a PANTERA in like condition commands about a $10k premium over a TIGER. JD

I have always tried to purchase the best car available. That in mind a rust free, original, with good paint & body. Things I like to do lite mechanical, interior. TIGERs suffer some of the same problems as PANTERAs. JD

I so happened to have a service call at a local British auto shop and he says he thinks he saw one for sale in the classified section of the Classic Motorsports or Grassroots Motorsports magazine. It is not a MkII though if it matters.

But consider how much "More Car!" that $10,000.00 buys you. The mid-engine factor alone is easily worth 10G......Mark.
