At a guess #400 front #600 or #650 rear. Others will have their own opinions I'm sure, mine are Hall/Aldan Eagle with #400 fr & #680 rr and I definitely feel the potholes.

I would say just don't do shocks in isolation and expect great handling improvements, it's about finding an overall package. Get the 7/8 uprated rear sway bar and those end ball caps for overall better handling. Or go for the 1" front and rear sway bars if you really want to go all out handling.
Just got done putting Aldan double adjustable shocks & springs in my car this week and set them midway on both adjustments. Robert @ Aldan (who owns a Pantera) recommended I go with 400 front & 600 rear springs which I did. Can always stiffen or soften the ride later if I wish but am happy with the setting the way it is now. Being aluminum they're a lot lighter in weight than the stockers I removed. YMMV.
I ordered my Aldans straight from the factory after giving them a call for their recommendation. Can check out their offerings @ aldaneagle.com or call them at 310-834-7478. I got their model AS755 with 12mm polyurethane bushings & the total cost with shipping was
$1020.00.
