ticking noise

Hello guys, some advice please, I have a ticking noise from right side started about the same time I used product called frontier motor plus , this is to protect and increase the compression. Now i am tinking mayby this clogged up a lifter. Also if I start the engine without pumping fuel the oil pressure goes up to 3,5 bar but drops almost emidiatly to zero, is this normal? Some more info, on compressiontest there was 1 cilinder 11,5 and rest between 9,5 and 10,5. My oil pressure cold is 4 bar warm 3
