This is just an FYI for anyone who is contemplating replacing the front or rear trunk weatherstripping. I purchased from PIM their "Concourse appearance" product, further described as:

  • For the Pantera owner who requires bone-stock style weather stripping. ........

  • This is the best looking and matching material on the market.

  • Top quality rubber that will put a smile on the Concours Judge's face while saving money at the same time.

What I received for $150, was weatherstripping which did not match the profile or quality of the original weatherstripping. I called PIM and was told that everyone wanted this product because it was cheaper than the original style. But they did have it as well, for an additional $150. My issue is that the description is misleading and not accurate. I returned it and ate $45 in shipping. I purchased the correct and equivalent to OEM weatherstripping from Wilkinson. Not cheap at $235, but correct and worth the difference of $85 from the inferior PIM product.
