upper front balljoint

I have searched and found no replacement for the expensive upper front balljoint but my mechanic says that the Maserati Quattroporte
upper front balljoint is the same as the pantera? Is this true? Has somebody tried these?

Never tried it ,but a friend of mine used to
work for Detomaso in Modena and he has told
me that a lot of the Parts between Maserati,Ferrari
and Lamborghini are compatible.
I bought an A frame Bush from Ferrai, it was identical.
