Found this project for sale in the Czech republic. It is chassis number 7383. This would make it one of the very first post Ford era cars build from leftover Vignale bodys as the last known Pantera shipped to the US was chassis 7380.

As a brief translation from the add.
It has Swiss and EU documents, First delivery was Switserland on 01-1975 and has been stored and unregistered since 1986.
It is said to be complete with all the chrome trim and exterior parts present. It is unmodified with a older rebuild short block with extra performance parts for the engine. Original Yellow and black exterior GTS specification.
The owner also speaks German and English.
