Well, Julian, that looks pretty serious. Too bad no cupholders . . . .
Keep the rubber side down, I look forward to seeing it on track!

I'll race it in SCCA and NorCAl Racing series. It's not old enough to be eligible for vintage yet.
Let's see some photos of your car Pantera now it is converted to a full race car.
Julian
I have an old Nascar that would qualify but it needs a LOT of work:
I hope this works and that you will be able to see some pic's from # 5208.
I have to warn everybody that all comments on the iron bord on the backside off the car will be deleted and that the writers will be trown off the forum.
I know it's ugly, I know it looks like battlestar galactica instead off a historic group 4 racer but I never asked for this thing and will have it removed in due time. It was an idea of the guy that made the carbon parts (and not his best one).

Thought you said you weren't really good at this? Looks great to me.
I meant that I'm not good at posting pictures...
Your car sure looks different than I expected from your Avatar, you have been busy.... and it paid off as it looks great.

Alfa4fun,
Is that the same car as your avatar? Beautiful! You've done magnificent work transforming it into the pics you posted of it now. Well done!

If you blinked you missed it, I only kept the Daytona Prototype for a season, it was going to get very expensive very quickly. Only race car I ever made a profit on!
I switched to open wheel firstly a 90H Reynard and now a 2000 Swift 008. I don't think I can go back to closed wheel again and planning to stay with the Swift for a while.

I pretty much have the Pantera done, I have finished up some things on the Buggy. Even got a removable Jib crane. Low gear is strong enough to pull cars around.
Getting this stuff behind me is allowing me to focus on the Nascar more:

Great job Gary. Looks great! Driving the Pantera to Indy anytime soon?
