Barry is well known in Ford circles. I can't say I've ever read or heard a bad comment about him. He contributes a bit on internet forums to drum up business, his passion is the FE V8. As an engine assembler his specialty is FE V8s too.

A buddy is building an FE for a Cobra and I am "learning" during the process in preparation for doing a Pantera engine someday.
They did the Buttermore aluminum block build. I posted a article I found today.

George that is a good idea. maybe not this thread but maybe some people would like to share their knowledge ofshops that do a good job on Cleveland engines and shops that do good work on panteras.
I sent my #s matching 428CJ to Barry and he re-built it into a very strong 462 stroker. He is the FE expert and did a fantastic job on my motor. Balanced and blueprinted it, performed oil modifications along with other "tweaks" that he has refined from many years of engine masters and dyno testing with these motors.
I can't imagine a better place to have the work done. He has even developed his own aluminum cylinder heads for the FE. I also thought his prices were very reasonable. If you have any specific questions, please send me note.
