From my 72 Pantera rear Louvers in nice shape, I believe these are Shadow these lay on top of the deck lid a little bit and 4 1/8 diameter holes are drilled down thru the lid and secured with nuts on the bottom side. The orig thumb bolts are there just need new nuts. I will need to secure a box and the size will be 52 in x 52 in by probably 5-6 inch in diameter 25 pounds or so. Probably have to go freight. $1100 plus the ride or Local pickup is fine Northern New Jersey
