Although you may have De Tomaso documents, I think the reference was to ownership papers like title etc. which when missing makes the cars a lot less valuable as they cannot be registered in some locations.

The gr3 is not a gr4 , we all known that with suction’s, they are not responsible for what written in catalogue

Not so bad for cars in such bad conditions, WITHOUT TITLE and WITHOUT DOCUMENTS.

Perhaps better to have a car without title but with a clear history.
