I would be looking for factory paperwork on my car
Replies sorted oldest to newest
That would depend on what car you have and where is was delivered. There is one gentleman that has a bunch but you may not like his price. It aslo depends on why youwant to acquire factory paperwork.
I believe if you have a US Pantera, you can get a Marti report.
If you have a Euro Pantera, the aforementioned person may have your records. Let us know ondensers you get the information if it was worth it!
If you post up the last 4 digits of your VIN, someone can check the Pantera Registry run by Chuck Melton…

According to the Catagory he posted this in, it is not a Pantera and it is not a US car.
I never asked Marti if he had the records for the US sold Mangusta's but I think that they were all European imports?
Marti has the Ford US and Canada records. No others.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and postulate that 'LC Lover' is a Longchamp owner....
There are a couple Facebook groups for Longchamp owners, one is better moderated than the other and has a lot less non relevant crap.
Yeah, all my guesses and assumptions have been wrong, so unless he can help us help him…. I wish him the best of luck!
@joules.As for the LongChamp groups - Both groups are “administrated” by Patrick Hals, I got him to give me admin rights to one of the Longchamp groups but he felt “You are harassing me Willi.” so he would not lock down the other.
As for the Marti listings, they are North American only. The Ford Panteras would be in there but Mangustas were mostly imported by Mr Qvale and they would have had the records (maybe).
As for the Gentleman who purchased the records from the recycling company - proceed with caution. He wanted me to purchase Mr deTomaso’s draft wills and personal papers that he got. “It would be embarrassing” to the family if people saw who he loved and who he did not. I told him there was nothing that would prove that in the papers. My uncle was a tough man who loved to argue and I personally saw him call me, Fango, Iacocca and many others “stupid.” But I know how he really thought about his family and friends no matter what he put on paper or in a will.
Well there's 2 people I wouldn't hand money to: Patrick Hals and Philippe Olczyck (aka Vito de Tomaso, Alexander Montessore). Is that still 2 people or 4?
