I can't access ebay from my computer at work, my employer's internet filter won't allow it. So I can't see the ebay auction you are referring to.
If this is Phil Newell, located in Battle Ground, Washington, telephone (503) 866-5995, he's an honest business man trying to earn a living selling autoparts. I've done business with Phil with no problems. He's an Aussie, living in the US, imports Australian parts by the cargo container.
If it's anyone else, I can't help you.

This is the text info:
This is a pair of Australian 2V closed chamber heads that fit 351C-351M or 400. They are casting #ARDIAE and have the "closed chamber" design of the early 4 barrel Cleveland heads but with the 2 barrel port sizes.
These heads are completely rebuilt and feature:
Heads have been vatted, glassbeaded/steelabrated and magnaflux checked to be free of cracks
3-angle valve job
Hardened exhaust seats installed for use with leaded or unleaded fuels
Both heads resurfaced
60cc "quench" chambers vs the American 75cc open chamber head
Can use in place of the American head to increase compression and maintain low-end performance and boost all-around power
Will work with stock intake and exhaust manifolds
Deck surface casted thicker than American heads
New Valve guides
Assembled with all New 2.040"Int/1.660"Exh valves with single groove keepers for added strength and longevity
New High performance valve springs setup to be used with up to .550" valve lift

I have no info regarding D&J Machine.
They really want $800 for the heads!
No porting is mentioned. Small 2V valves, including intake. Interesting price.

Not too sure guys if this helps, but this is an aussie company that does the 2v 3v 4v heads.
