I wrote Steve that the motor is only worth the value of the parts it is assembled with, about $2500.
There is no guarantee that motor has ever run. No dyno sheet to prove it has run, or to prove the owners claims of it's performance. The pictures I viewed on e-bay, showing the engine in various stages of assembly, revealed rusting unprepared surfaces, as though the owner simply bolted a bunch of parts together and is now trying to give people the impresion it is a high performance, well assembled, running motor, when in fact it has never fired even once.
I say $2500 unless the owner can produce a dyno sheet and the name of the person that did the dyno work, so he can be contacted to verify the owners claims.
