Ron,

I wrote Steve that the motor is only worth the value of the parts it is assembled with, about $2500.

There is no guarantee that motor has ever run. No dyno sheet to prove it has run, or to prove the owners claims of it's performance. The pictures I viewed on e-bay, showing the engine in various stages of assembly, revealed rusting unprepared surfaces, as though the owner simply bolted a bunch of parts together and is now trying to give people the impresion it is a high performance, well assembled, running motor, when in fact it has never fired even once.

I say $2500 unless the owner can produce a dyno sheet and the name of the person that did the dyno work, so he can be contacted to verify the owners claims.

George
Exactly I did bid on it at 4000 but was outbid and then was offered a second chance so proably he had a friend bid on it to see if he could run it up...... then it was relisted the next day for 65000 or some thing. I figured a little higher then 2500 but your right George ! I'm going to ask a question and see if I can make a visit. Hes close by...?
