Here's a known record of the Formula 1 and Formula 2 cars built by De Tomaso between 1969 and '70. Please feel free to contribute any information, no matter how seemingly trivial.

103-001 Formula 2
March 1969
Monocoque number 103-001 completed at the factory, Modena.
May 1969
Completed car tested unpainted at the Modena Autodrome by Jonathan Williams without numbers.
Tested unpainted again at Modena by Jonathan Williams without numbers later in the month. Experimental nose with wings fitted.
June 1969
Tested unpainted at Modena by Jonathan Williams without numbers. Experimental rear wing fitted.
June 22nd 1969
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the II Gran Premio della Lotteria non-championship race at Monza, Italy. Driven by Jonathan Williams, number 10. Now painted ‘Rosso De Tomaso’ with white and blue centre-stripe. Qualified 15th and finished 9th, after a broken injection trumpet forced an unscheduled pit stop five laps from the end.
July 13th 1969
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the IV Flugplatzrennen European Championship race at Tulln-Langenlebarn, Austria. Driven by Jonathan Williams, number 16. Front and rear wings fitted. Started Heat I 17th and finished 12th after missing timed qualifying due to a broken upright. Started Heat II 12th and finished 10th.
August 1969
Tested at Modena by Jacky Ickx without numbers. Front winglets fitted.
August 24th 1969
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the VIII Gran Premio del Mediterraneo European Championship race at Enna-Pergusa, Italy. Driven by Jacky Ickx, number 12. Qualified 5th for Heat I and DNF due to a broken connecting rod on the last lap while running fourth. Heat II DNS.
October 1969
Tested at Modena by Piers Courage without numbers. Front winglets fitted.
October 12th 1969
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the XXI Gran Premio di Roma European Championship race at Vallelunga, Italy. Driven by Piers Courage, number 46. Front and rear wings fitted. Qualified 2nd for Heat I and finished 3rd after spinning on lap 30 when lying second. Started Heat II 3rd but DNF due to a broken fuel pump while again running second.
February 28th to March 8th 1970
Displayed on the De Tomaso Automobili stand at the 4th Mostra della Vetture da Competizione, Turin.
April 1970
Tested at Modena by Spartaco 'Paco' Dini and Giancarlo Gagliardi without numbers. Front and rear wings fitted.
April 26th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the V Gran Premio de Barcelona European Championship race, Montjuich Park, Spain. To be driven by Spartaco 'Paco' Dini. DNA.
May 24th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the VII Grote Prijs van Limborg non-championship race, Limborg, Belgium. To be driven by Piers Courage. DNA.
April - June 1970
Sold to Spartaco 'Paco' Dini, Florence, Italy.

Dini was involved in a fatal road accident while unofficially practising for the 1970 Mugello road race in an Alfa Romeo 1750. He was banned from competing in Italy for 12 months and internationally for six months.
February 14th 1971
Entered by Scuderia Brescia Corse for the I Gran Premio Republica de Colombia Temporada Championship race, Bogota, Colombia. Driven by Spartaco 'Paco' Dini, number 6. Qualified 14th for Heat I but DNF. Heat II DNS. Dini was now racing with a Spanish licence for reasons of patent.
February 21st 1971
Entered by Scuderia Brescia Corse for the I Gran Premio Ciudad de Bogota Temporada Championship race, Bogota, Colombia. Driven by Spartaco 'Paco' Dini, number 6. Qualified 17th for Heat I and finished 11th. Started Heat II 11th and finished 7th.

Entered by Racing Team IRIS for the I Gran Premio Madunina non-championship race, Vallelunga, Italy. Driven by Spartaco 'Paco' Dini, number 21. Did not qualify.

505-381 completed at the factory.
Tested later that month unpainted at Vallelunga by Piers Courage without numbers.
March 7th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the South African Grand Prix at Kyalami. Driven by Piers Courage, number 22. Now painted red with white and blue centre-stripe. Qualified 20th but DNF (suspension).
April 19th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the Spanish Grand Prix at Jarama. Driven by Piers Courage, number 12. DNS due to a qualifying accident. Car written off.
Later Reputedly sold to a Swiss De Tomaso collector who has the remains mounted on his wall. Other reports state parts from this car were used for the production of chassis 505-382.

505-382 Formula 1
June 7th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa Francorchamps. Driven by Piers Courage, number 7. Qualified 12th but DNF (oil pressure).
June 21st 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort. Driven by Piers Courage, number 4. Qualified 9th but DNF (fatal accident). Car destroyed.

505-383 Formula 1
April 26th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the Daily Express Silverstone International Trophy, England. Driven by Roy Pike and Jackie Stewart in Saturday qualifying as Courage was in Italy contesting the Monza 1000kms. Number 14. Courage was back for the race and started from the back of the grid finishing 3rd.

Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the Monaco Grand Prix at Monte Carlo. Driven by Piers Courage, number 24. Qualified 7th but not classified (steering).
July 19th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the British Grand Prix at Brands Hatch. Driven by Brian Redman, number 25. Practiced but did not qualify (broken driveshaft).
August 2nd 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the German Grand Prix at Hockenheim. Driven by Brian Redman, number 25. Did not qualify.
August 16th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the Austrian Grand Prix at Osterreichring. Driven by Tim Schenken, number 26. Qualified 19th but DNF (engine).
September 6th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the Italian Grand Prix at Monza. Driven by Tim Schenken, number 54. Qualified 19th but DNF (engine).
September 20th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the Canadian Grand Prix at St. Jovite. Driven by Tim Schenken, number 10. Qualified 17th but not classified (broken damper).
October 4th 1970
Entered by De Tomaso Automobili for the United States Grand Prix at Watkins Glen. Driven by Tim Schenken, number 30. Qualified 20th but DNF (broken rear suspension).
Then retained by the factory until 2005 when it was partially dismantled and had no engine.
