I see a NOS dome light has been bid up to $158 on evil-bay. Is this an exclusively Pantera part?

I highly doubt it. I suspect Fiat or Alfa Romeo, but I have not yet been able to figure this one out.
It IS a very hard part to find NOS. I suspect the eBay one will close for more than current bid.

The dome on my '73 is somewhat melted. The only one the vendors carry are a newer model that has a switch.
I can see why they may be expensive.

Went for $158.50. I believe this is the second one in the last few months which has gone for well over $100. (Unless of course its the same one changing hands).
I'm looking for an alternative. It's a cheap light and isn't made from gold or platinum.
