They are for a Ford Explorers in the late 90's. Nothing very special. Better flow than the standard E7 head, but sometimes had header problems in other applications when used in swaps.

Yes, Ps have the angled spark plug holes, so you have to use P headers with those heads. Ps are commonly called 4 bar heads. There are GT40 3 bar heads. Those were used on the '93 5.0 Cobra and 5.8 Lightning. GT40s are MUCH more desirable.
