Progress on the Pantera project - Engine covers are installed. These engine covers are by Kirk Evans and were made for the car while it was at his shop. The project fell into limbo. I acquired the project and received it in February last year. It is a 1972 Pre L that is setup as a GTS. The second photo shows the engine bay just before the covers were installed. The third photo shows the car with the rear deck lid down.

Looks Great Steve. Bring it to the Palooza! MAy 17, 2025, Larry
Steve,
That looks awesome! After seeing previous posts of your engine bay, I've decided to clean mine up while they engine is being sleeved. Lots of work to get to that level.
If it looks half as good as yours, I will be happy.
Hopefully I have it back together before Palooza if all goes well.

Sweet Steve - your work is so impressive. Keep it up man.
Yep Steve, your work is impeccable as always, very clean. Not sure head paint color would have been my choice, but could have been the lighting, and certainly to each his own regardless. I always appreciate your posts.
Thank you all. And, the green engine will get painted satin black. I think the prior owner was going to have the engine bay painted in the same green as the heads.
