foreign to me. Does anyone know what this is or was for?
Seems original from the factory as the rivets holding it are under the vinyl.
Questioning, as I'm in the process of reupholstering the dash, if I have to keep it.

I cannot remember exactly , but I have notice this bracket on other cars too.
I would get rid of it. (I didn’t have it)
If it is a blinker relay, it’s on the very stupid and hard to reach spot (you always can an extend the three wires to the new location in the driver side panel for the blinker relay)! If it’s a buzzer… delete!
It is removed now. Probably won't put it back.
I would like to know why it was there though.
It doesn't show on the parts list either.
