Fourth of July "Week end"

The highway that passes through Fillmore is jammed with vacationers on their ways to their Fourth of July vacation get-a-ways. So I guess today is the beginning of the fourth of July holiday for many people.

I want to take this opportunity to wish all my US friends and fellow DeTomaso enthusiasts a safe, relaxing and memorable holiday.

To our non-US members, I wish the same sentiment. Have a wonderful weekend. A safe, relaxing and enjoyable time. Drive your Pantera or DeTomaso if you can, share your passion with others.

Thanks to all of you for making these forums the hip place for Pantera information and camaraderie.

Donna and I am taking 2511 down to Visalia tomorrow. The YMCA is having a 'Calvacade of Elegance' fund raiser in the Convention Center with thirty cars on display behind velvet ropes. They gathered names from the sponsors of the now defunct Fresno State Concours and I figured it would be different and fun. Heavy hor d'oeuvres, wine tasting, live big band music, silent auction, bar (very important, eh?) with an overnight room at the Marriot.

Been detailing 2511 all week - you could eat off the suspension - and hope to do the Family proud.

That's MY Fourth of July weekend adventure. Here's hoping everyone else has a great one, too.

Is that you on that horse ..ah I knew we had some thing else in common. I grew up riding ..wow what a way to spend time.
