It’s been over a year that I’m working on my Pantera and quite some of the parts are from some other cars and it takes a lot of digging to find where the part came from and some information gets lost again down the road… So I thought maybe we should just make one threat Where everybody can post what they found where stuff comes from which makes it much much easier to find it again if it needs to be replaced..

just put down what you know… It will be a big help for a lot of people…

if you’re able to supply a picture of the part… That would be even better

What I think I know:

The tail light lenses (right & left pair) are the so-called 'Euro' style also used on Maserati Bora and Merak. U.S versions are all red with no amber. The third type- so-called GR-4 lights will bolt on & plug in, but are different enough that a matching bucket with different reflector dividers inside must be used with them. Hall Pantera used to sell conversion buckets with pop-riveted sheet metal dividers that sort-of worked with GR-4 lenses.

The spindle nuts on '71-'72 Panteras (plus the Mangusta and maybe the Longchamp) come in left and right hand threads. '73-up only come in right hand thread. No cotter pin is used with these racing-type spindle nuts used on our stock street cars.

Many window switches will 'fit'- some BMW look-alikes will need a bit of dashboard file work to lock in.
