Laying down a radiator is simple but requires a rad shop to do the work. The stock left bracket is desoldered, turned 180 degrees and reattached to the right side such that the mount hole sticks out the back rather than out the front. Doing this allows all-stock mounting hardware & leans the unit fwd just right. You'll need to fabricate a new, much narrower top baffle plate, and cut away the entire stock front fan mounts as well. Incidently, a lay-down radiator is not any more efficient; it only allows easier access to installing sucker fans which ARE more efficient. With difficulty, sucker fans & shroud can be added to a stand-up radiator. To fit shrouded sucker fans, the in & out water pipes on the radiator must be lengthened several inches to allow a shround & the rt side fan to fit under the hoses.
