Always liked Stewart. He always exuded class, style, and grace along with his tremendous driving talent.

I've known about the Pantera since he got it new.

Didn't know much about his private life since he kept it private. Pleased to see he is a family man. Don't know if I'll make my 50th anniversary. That speaks volumes alone.

This is great video. Thanks for posting the link.
I remember a little about Sir Jackie Stewart as a kid. He has had a very unique and interesting life.

I really enjoyed the video. I also found the celebrity chef (host) pretty fascinating with his car collection and "bedroom bike".

Thanks for sharing the link. It is nice to see what a true and caring gentleman Jackie is and was. Thanks again.

WOW ...

THANKS FOR THIS.

Like the commentatior, Sir Jackie Stewart was a man I admired from the time I was a boy. I recall the F1 battles between him and Emerson Fittipaldi. I revelled watching him win at Mosport in 1971.
In the early '70s It was the Touring Car Championships, where Stewart in Ford Capri MkI 2.6RS's was trouncing all comers (BMW 5.0CSI most notably) that made me ultimately decide to buy a '74 Capri MkI 2.8 (being a German import was also a factor) as my first new car. (At the time, could not afford the beautiful DeTomaso sitting beside it on the showroom floor).

Does that video bring back memories ....

Once again Thanks for the video.

BG

P.S. I have watched the video 5 times and still enjoy every minute

OK. Maybe it was yellow.

I'll just say that compared to the yellow car in the video the Pushbutton looks green to me. Similar, say to John's car (inset). Mine was originally the same color (green).

Awesome video. Thanks a million for sharing the link.

Jackie Stewart is an incredible fellow. What a story. It's really sobering to consider the fellow drivers that were killed during that era. No wonder he just wants to live to be a very old man.

Who here, besides me, would be willing to trade their Pantera for the chance to drive Jackie's Tyrell on LeMans?
