lpb,

Ever ride a quad (ATV) in a foot of snow on city streets? It's even more awesome at night. Accept for the warm glows coming from people's houses, and the smell of fireplaces going, it's deserted! The city becomes your own personal racetrack, and when you hook up with other riders, well lets just say it's loads of fun!

No traction = no control...been there, fell down a lot. It snows here too, not often and very wet, we are known for the ice storms that create the black ice. A couple of flakes and they shut down everything..of course any redneck worth his salt has 4 wheel drive. When it snows in the south.....everybody wrecks! That's great for business too!
LPB: OK, I give up. I can't figure out what the black thing in your picture is. Is that the elusive "Snow Worm"? If so, it is obviously the much larger and better-fed cousin of the dreaded English "Tin Worm".

Quads are a blast in the snow, but then again, so is my Pathfinder. The difference? Heated seats and a nice stereo! Smiler Let it snow!
