I have seen a couple of cars with wheel flares. Every now and then I see one with the rear flare that seems off center with the wheel.
In this photo, the flare was installed in what seems to be a couple inches forward (ahead) of center.
Is there a reason for this? I only ask because I have seen a couple of cars like this, where as most wheels are dead center of the flare.
