I commissioned someone to run some computer simulations on it for me .
A video of the Pantera aerodynamics in different configurations with explanations  will be put on YouTube in the next few weeks.

obviously, computer simulation are not as precise as a real wind tunnel, but it gives us an idea…

Very cool video, Roland!

One thing I might mention (that your analyst might be unaware of) though, is that the wing, and sugar scoop spoiler were probably not added due to DeTomaso Inc. Sa. computerized aerodynamic modeling, but because similar excrescences appeared on competing supercars, and people thought they were really cool looking.

In fact the entire design of the car was made that way.

An excellent example of function following (good) form?

I’m sure he doesn’t know the history and development of all cars on the planet lol

I was just amazed that Pantera runs with the best in drag (without the wing)
